Clindamycin and Nicotinamide
Clindamycin

• Useful anti-acne therapy due to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
• Inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, the bacteria responsible for causing acne.
• Decreases the number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne lesions.

Nicotinamide

• Vitamin B3 which regulates the excess sebum production and prevents acne.
• Enhances the skin barrier function and helps in retaining moisture and protects the skin from environmental stressors.
