Montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride
Montelukast

• Selective leukotriene receptor antagonist used to alleviate symptoms of seasonal allergies.
• Useful in the prevention of local reactions after specific immunotherapy.

Levocetirizine

• Safer alternative to cetirizine as it does not produce any deleterious effect on cognitive and psychometric performance.
• Shown to be effective in reducing the size of 24-h bite lesions and accompanying pruritus in case of mosquito bite.
• Effective and well-tolerated option for relieving symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU).
